I own two Fast Eddie XL sights, one with an .020 green fiber the second with a .010 red fiber. I only shoot the bow with the .020 fiber to 40 yards, The other gets shot to 80 yards. I know it is personal choice, but I believe the red .010 fiber is the better overall choice .
