" Hi. My name is Darron McDougal. I live in Antigo, WI. This spring I shot this turkey through the head from 27yds. My hunter hogg-it has been awesome. The products you guys put out are great. This turkey was taken in Polar, WI. I shot him out of a Double Bull ground blind. They're heads never quit moving, but I was still able to pull it off. I'm only 14 years old. Thanks,

" A friend told me about your products and I started to sell more and more of your sights. A lot of customers would purchase other sights but they would always return and ask for the Spot-Hogg. Thank you again for a fine product.

" Dear Sir or Mam, I bought the Spot-Hogg Real Deal Sight in 2003. I love this sight and plan to never give it up. I ordered the RHLG19 because I hunt with my bow and wanted a larger peep for the most light possible. Thanks for making great sights!

" Have been shooting your cascade release for 10-12 years. Own the #8 & #10. Love them both. Best release there is. Thanks for a great release.

" I just recently purchased a Real Deal sight and I am in love. The sight has features of all the sights on the market all rolled into one reasonably priced package . Keep up the good work.

" Great site! I work at Bass Pro Shop in the archery dept. and I am asked the same questions over and over. Your newsletters section just helps me back up my claims about the different theories of archery. We have a knowledgeable team in the archery department and if there is a question we cannot answer we ask the true experts. Great products keep up the great work.

" Great site, and sight. Super information. One of the best archery retailer sites I've ever perused. Plus I enjoy using your sight. Keep it up.

I wanted to say thanks for an awesome target sight you have developed with the Hoggernaut. After I started shooting this great site my averages went from 298 with 43xs to 300 with 53xs. I cannot say enough about this sight. I am am going to be ordering the Hogg-it for my hunting and 3-d bow shortly. Thanks again. Randy Burington

Just received my new Hogg-it site.Wow, what a wonderful piece of craftmanship. I wanted a site that could go from the 3-d shoots to the deer woods and back and have you ever delivered. I will be telling everyone about your wonderful products. Thanks again.

Recently bought a new Swithchback XT and had it setup by the Mathews dealer I purchased it from. I had already purchased a SpotHogg Hogg-It sight so I took it to the dealer to install. This dealer was not familiar with your products and was used to using another brand of sight. He was impressed with your sight from the time he took it out of the package and commented several times on how well he liked your sight. My bet is he will be selling them soon. In my haste to get home and shoot my new bow I forgot the sight instructions. I went to your website and there they were, just what I needed to make my adjustments. Thanks for such a high quality product at a fair price. Nice to deal with people who care.

" Thank you for so many great products and the best pin sights I’ve ever shot!!! Your sights are tuff, accurate, dependable and easy to use. All the things I look for in a hunting sight plus the 2nd and 3rd axis leveling for my serious competing in Indoor, Field and 3-D shooting, not to mention the great built in level that’s great for hunting the rugged country the west has to offer. Great sight, great company! Your sights never let me down in crunch time. Why would any body shoot anything but Spot-Hogg?

" I just purchased a hogg-it sight sighted it in and went to a shoot this weekend and shot 378 out of 410 with 17 superkills and the next day shot a 388 out of 410 with 19 superkills which netted me first place. Keep up the good work spot-hogg as your sight was awesome. Thank you,

" I have a Hogg-It sight the best investment I have made, easy to use and strong I should know as I have slipped over more than once on the coarse. Scrape the mud off the sight and continue shooting great product.

" Hey Cabe, I wanted to write to you and let you know what I think of your pin sights. To begin with, I quit shooting about three months ago. I just can't handle shooting freestyle with a scope anymore. Something has developed in my left shoulder that has plagued me for the past three years and I couldn't stand it anymore. I have an uncontrollable shake when at full draw. It's not really bad, but with a six power lens, it looks like trying to shoot during an earthquake. So I called it quits. For the past three months or so I have really missed shooting. I have shot archery for over 40 years. I especially missed shooting with my two buddies Jim Thurlow and Jim Stanek. Stanek kept trying to get me to come back, but I didn't want to go through that anymore. After thinking about it and missing shooting real bad, I decided to try once more only this time in Bowhunter Freestyle Limited class. Well, the first thing I needed to do was get a sight. I only had a couple of old PSE flo dot sights. Not much good for target shooting though, in my opinion. Everyone I talked to about sights responded: "Spot-Hogg". All I saw on Archery Talk was Spot-Hogg sights. Figured they must be pretty good. Started talking about buying one and Larry DeLauney over at our club said "don't buy one. I have one you can use until hunting season." So I took him up on it. Figured I would try it out and decide wither this was something I really wanted to do before spending the money on a new sight for almost $200.00. I have been shooting the thing for about a week and am really having fun again. I really hadn't paid too much attention to the sight other than moving the pins and getting it set up for the Washington State Field next weekend. One thing I did discover though, was that the sight needed to be leveled. Thurlow and I did that tonight over at the club. Jim and I were really, and I mean really, impressed. I don't know if your Dad Steve, or you or maybe all of you guys down there designed that sight, but let me tell you buddy, that sight is the absolute best designed, best built and best thought out sight that I have EVER seen. Sureloc and some of the other target sight manufacturers need to take a lesson from you guys on building a sight with well thought out and engineered adjustments like yours. I leveled the sight and adjusted the third axis in about one and a half minutes. Thurlow couldn't believe it. We have NEVER done that to a Sureloc without spending at least a half hour trying to get one of the damned things leveled without something else moving on us. You guys have done one hell of a job on all of those pin sights, and they are WELL worth the cost!!! Anyhow, that's about all I wanted to say other than I am definitely going to buy my own after the shoot next week. That sight is really IMPRESSIVE!!!! Keep up the good work Cabe, and good luck to all of you guy's down there. Respectfully,

" Just a quick note to tell you I put the Hogg-It Hunter to good use. Nailed a Pope & Young black bear after a 3-day sit over a mixed scent/bait station in south-central Alaska. The big spring boar weighed about 365 and green scored 18-12/16" which puts it into the book easily. I directed the broadhead through the top of both ventricles. In through the triceps, 4th rib, into the heart, and out through the leading edge of the liver and the12th rib on a slight 'quartering to' shot on a walking bear. He was acting hinky (got a little whiff of me, I suspect), and heading for the exit. Not my favorite shot angle, but I waited till the leg went forward, and tucked the shaft as tight behind the shoulder as I dared....worked just as I'd hoped. I hunt solo, and like those clean kills. Amazingly, I took a hard fall in a creek on my way into the stand. Stepped on a stone I'd stepped on dozens of times this spring, but on the last night of my hunting, it decided to tilt sending me headlong into creekside brush. I landed hard, and so did the bow....sight down, of course. All seemed tight, and the pins unbent so I trusted it. Good thing....'cause it was right on the money. Couldn't have made that tough shot work without your reliable, tough sight. Terrific product, and a dependable hunter's tool. I'll stay in touch. Best,

" Just a little note of appreciation. Your sights have been on my bows from Alaska to Africa .The only sight I have found that can hold up to the rigors of the hunt. I can go from 0 to 60 yards in an instant and get target like accuracy with every shot. Thanks for a great American made hand crafted product. Thanks again! Best Regards,

" I have been using my "Hogg-It" sight for almost 5 years now, for both hunting and competition. And, I have yet to have a single problem with its reliability and durability! Thanks for making such a great product. I will always be a repeat customer... but at this rate, and due to the reliability of the "Hogg-It" sight... you may never see me again! (That's a good thing!!!... I guess!) Thanks again! and Have a great day!

Had a G5 ME on my Mathews ultra 2. Lets just say it was pretty but it was also noisey and ended in disaster. I had changed the rest out and after paper tuning I was tweaking in the sights. After a few shots something fell to the ground. Looking down I noticed it was the sight. The bracket was still on the bow. it is a cast sight and the bracket actually broke. I won;t be putting another one of those on. ANyway, I got a Spot Hogg and installed it last night. I must say I am impressed so far. My only complaint is the sive of the allen wrench you need to ajust the sight. I hava an archery box I have used for years and there isn't much I haven't done to a bow. I also have a press. Everything I have ever need was in that box till I got you sight. I don;t have the allen wrench required to make pin adjustments. If your gonna use odd (tiny) sizes you should add one to your package.
