The results list in the Men¹s Unlimited Class of the 2012 Lancaster Archery Classic reads like a who¹s who of target archers. With nearly 175 competitors in his class it was not small feat for this year¹s Classic Champion, Reo Wilde to slice his way through the competition end after end to ultimately top the podium. After qualifying second in the first round Reo was well poised and positioned for three elimination rounds of head to head action to narrow the field from 64 to 32, 32 to 16, and finally 16 to 8. The final 8 shot off in a shoot up format where 8 shoots against 7, the winner shoots against 6 and so on and so on. Reo qualified 1st for the final 8 and ultimately won the final shoot off against top-archer Chance Beaubouef.
Every archer knows that having top-quality equipment leads to success, which is why Reo toed the Lancaster Archery Classic line with a Spot Hogg Edge bolted to his Hoyt. We would like to offer congratulations to Reo for kicking off the year on the right foot and wish him luck at the World Archery Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.”
